30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

1. 1.Log in to your Savvy Wear account and navigate to your order history
2. 2.Select the order containing items you wish to return
3. 3.Click "Initiate Return" and select the items you're returning
4. 4.Print your prepaid shipping label and pack your items securely
5. 5.Drop off your package at any shipping location or arrange pickup

Refund Processing Timeline

Exchanges Policy

We offer exchanges at no additional cost if you need a different size or color of the same item, provided the original is unworn and within the 30-day window.

To request an exchange, select "Exchange" instead of "Return" in your account and choose your desired size or color. We'll send your replacement immediately and can hold your return for 14 days from the date of shipment.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

• Items marked as "Final Sale"
• Intimates (underwear, bras, shapewear)
• Items that show signs of wear or damage
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
• Customized or personalized items
