How to Measure

For Clothing

  • Chest:Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the measuring tape parallel to the ground
  • Waist:Measure around your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape snug but not tight
  • Hip:Measure around the fullest part of your hips
  • Sleeve:Measure from the center back neck, across shoulder, to wrist with arm bent

For Shoes

  • Foot Length:Place a foot on a flat surface with shoes off. Use a ruler to measure from heel to tip of longest toe
  • Best Time:Measure your feet in the afternoon when they are slightly swollen from daily activity
  • Both Feet:Measure both feet as they may differ in size. Always use the larger measurement
